I decided to try and make Thursdays the day that I ask a random question. Except today, I'm asking 10 "Would you rather" questions. Feel free to answer all, or expound on one particular one that you have a great answer for. Or - just read through them, and answer to yourself. (But it would be more fun if you shared with the class) So...
Would you rather:
Be put in prison for 15 years or have all of your teeth pulled out?
Be able to fly or live to 200?
Sit on a fire for 5 seconds or eat 50 flys?
Be 4'1" or 7'9"?
Live without music or without TV?
Be gossiped about or never talked about at all?
Be able to hear any conversation or take back anything you say?
Publish your diary or make a movie about your most embarrassing moment?
Have one wish granted today, or three wished granted in 10 years?
Write a mystery or a poem?

Ooh, I love a good "Would You Rather." We used to have a calendar here at work7 we'd get a question each day--which led to some interesting discussions.
Here are my votes:
have all of your teeth pulled out. easy.
Be able to fly--I ain't gonna look very good at 98, let alone 198.
Eat 50 flies--Sick, but less permanent damage.
7'9" --sign me up for the WNBA!
Live without TV--I'd be sad if I couldn't sing!
Never talked about at all--I don't mind being anonymous.
Take back anything you say--I'd get in too much trouble if I could eavesdrop that easily.
Publish your diary--I do. just click on my blog.
Have three wishes granted in 10 years. Hopefully I'll be wiser then.
I'm going to vote poem. Less chance for money, but I might get too scared writing a mystery.

3) Eat 50 flies-if you had to sit on a fire for 5 seconds, I don't think you would be sitting on much of anything else for quite some time.

Great ideas...
1. teeth pulled - they're doing great things with dentures these days
2. I've always wanted to fly (that and invisibility are the super powers I'd like)
3. I'd eat the flys - maybe dipped in batter and fried up like popcorn shrimp?
4. I'm already short so being 4'1" wouldn't be that different - horray for us shorties
5. I couldn't live without music but it would be a good thing for me to live without TV
6. I don't like being talked about behind my back so I'll go the anonomous route
7. I like to know what's going on (behind the scenes that you don't know about) so I'd like to hear any conversation
8. I'd make a movie but I'll write it and make it so funny that I can retire on the $$$ made from my life
9. Though I have lots of wishes I'd ask for one right now because who knows if I'll be here in 10 years - or patient enough to wait
10. I'd write a poem, it's shorter and there's more artistic freedom
